REQUIREMENTS FOR TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION (TRAVEL PERMISSION)

To request an appointment, complete the following form and send it to the Consulate via email at consulares_ejapo@mrecic.gov.ar.

• Attach a copy of the parents' or guardians' DNI.

• Attach a copy of the minor’s Birth Certificate and DNI.

• If the minor is traveling with a third party, a copy of the accompanying person's DNI must be submitted.

• Both parents must sign the authorization in person at the Consulate.

• Payment of the consular fee.

Note: In the case of divorced parents in Argentina, it is important to remember that parental authority is shared in the country. Therefore, authorization from both parents is required if the minor is traveling alone, or from one of them if the minor is traveling with the other parent.
