Information Regarding Argentine Samurai Bonds

 

The Argentine Republic will convene Bondholders’ meetings on February 22, 2019 in connection with each of the outstanding series of bonds listed below. On January 15, 2019, the Argentine Republic made the required public notice for these meetings in both the Nikkei newspaper and the Official Gazette.

 

 

The Argentine Republic provides below documents containing a detailed description of the resolution that the Argentine Republic proposes to be voted on at the bondholders’ meetings, the details of the voting procedure at the bondholders’ meetings, and the voting documents themselves.

 

Documents Related to the Bondholders’ Meetings

 

1. Details of Resolutions to be Voted on at the Bondholders’ Meetings

The following document contains a detailed description of the resolution that the Republic proposes to be voted on at the bondholders’ meetings.

 

2. Details of the Voting Procedure at the Bondholders’ Meetings *

The following document contains an explanation of the documents the bondholders need to submit in order to vote at the bondholders’ meetings.

 

For cash bondholders who keep their cash bonds in an account with a securities company:

For cash bondholders who keep their cash bonds another way (i.e., not in an account with a securities company):

3. Documents for the Acceptance Receipt

The following document lists the documents that the bondholders are required to submit to the Commissioned Companies for Bondholders for the Acceptance Receipt. For the types of documents and the address that the bondholders need to send the documents to, please refer to item 2 above (“Details of the Voting Procedure at the Bondholders’ Meetings”). If the bondholders receive any documents directly from the securities companies or the registering agencies, please refer to those documents.
